How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A website or landing page typically takes 2–4 weeks. A managed service partnership can start within a week. Custom platform development ranges from 6 weeks for smaller builds to 3–6 months for complex systems. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the scoping session — not an optimistic one.
What does a project typically cost?
Websites start from R5,000. Managed services from R2,500/month. Custom platforms from R35,000 — and scale depending on complexity, integrations, and scale. Every project is scoped individually. Do you work with small businesses and NGOs?
Yes — and it's a core part of who we are. Many of our clients are NGOs, community organisations, and small businesses. We've built our pricing model so that organisations doing good work can access good technology. We're also open to phased engagements for organisations with budget constraints.
Can you take over maintenance of an existing website?
Yes. We do a technical audit of the existing site first, then set up managed hosting, security monitoring, and a maintenance retainer. Most clients who approach us for managed services already have a site — we take it over, fix any underlying issues, and then maintain it going forward.
Do you provide support after a project is launched?
Every project includes a post-launch support period. Beyond that, we offer managed service agreements for ongoing support, updates, and monitoring. We don't disappear after go-live — many of our longest-standing relationships started with a single project.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
We're based in Protea South, Soweto and Randburg, Johannesburg. Most of our work happens remotely — we work with clients across South Africa, and the digital nature of what we do means geography isn't a barrier. For Johannesburg-based clients who prefer in-person meetings, we're happy to arrange those.
