Yes — and it's a core part of who we are. Many of our clients are NGOs, community organisations, and small businesses. We've built our pricing model so that organisations doing good work can access good technology. We're also open to phased engagements for organisations with budget constraints.

Yes. We do a technical audit of the existing site first, then set up managed hosting, security monitoring, and a maintenance retainer. Most clients who approach us for managed services already have a site — we take it over, fix any underlying issues, and then maintain it going forward.

Every project includes a post-launch support period. Beyond that, we offer managed service agreements for ongoing support, updates, and monitoring. We don't disappear after go-live — many of our longest-standing relationships started with a single project.

We're based in Protea South, Soweto and Randburg, Johannesburg. Most of our work happens remotely — we work with clients across South Africa, and the digital nature of what we do means geography isn't a barrier. For Johannesburg-based clients who prefer in-person meetings, we're happy to arrange those.
